THE PEOPLE COLLECTIVE (“TPC”)

The People Collective is an invitation-only community for senior HR, People, and Talent Acquisition Leaders. The role has never been more complex, and the value of a trusted peer network has never been higher. TPC brings together Midwest-based leaders for real conversations, meaningful connections, and the kind of candid peer exchange you can’t get anywhere else.

Members will have access to the following:

FORUMS

Intimate groups of 8 to 12 senior leaders, curated by company, industry, and experience level, who meet monthly to share what’s actually working, work through real challenges, and build the kind of trust that only comes from consistent, confidential peer conversation.

CONNECTIONS

The kind of connections that don’t happen at conferences. TPC facilitates direct introductions between members for mentorship, career conversations, and ongoing peer support.

ROUNDTABLE LUNCHES

Monthly in-person lunches where senior People Leaders gather to tackle the topics keeping everyone up at night, with facilitated discussions that go deeper than any conference panel.

IN-PERSON EVENTS

Curated experiences designed to build real relationships, not just business cards. Think intimate dinners, unique outings, and the kind of events people actually look forward to.

PHILANTHROPY OPPORTUNITIES

Together we can make a difference. We will provide volunteer opportunities, aligned with our mission, to give back and support our larger community.

MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA

TPC is invitation-only. Membership is open to C-suite, VP-level, and Senior Director People Leaders at larger organizations: those who lead HR teams and understand the weight of that responsibility.

Membership will be offered at no cost for all of 2026, thanks to our main sponsor, Lucas James Talent Partners, who will cover initial costs, event planning, and support resources. A select group of sponsors will also contribute financially or with their time to benefit the community.
