THE PEOPLE COLLECTIVE (“TPC”)

The People Collective (TPC) is a community for senior People, HR, and Talent Acquisition Leaders. TPC offers networking, collaboration, and opportunities to connect, share ideas, and best practices. In today’s challenging environment, the role of the People Leader has changed dramatically, making peer connections and learning—both in-person and virtually—more vital than ever. TPC’s goal is to serve this community’s professional and personal interests, along with those of their respective organizations.

Members will have access to the following:

FORUMS

Small Group in-person and virtual Forums of 8-12 senior leaders from Midwest-based companies and industries. Monthly peer sessions will be thoughtfully curated throughout the year for sharing, collaboration, support, learning, and community building.

CONNECTIONS

Strategic connections to other group members via several channels (digital and direct) and for purposes of mentorship, peer connection, and career opportunities.

ROUNDTABLE LUNCHES

Monthly facilitated in-person discussions over lunch with other community members to network and discuss current topics affecting senior People Leaders.

IN-PERSON EVENTS

In-person unique experiences and social events for members to increase opportunities to connect, build relationships, and enjoy the company of their peers.

PHILANTHROPY OPPORTUNITIES

Together we can make a difference. We will provide volunteer opportunities, aligned with our mission, to give back and support our larger community.

MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA

Membership will be by invitation only, focusing on Senior People Leaders. This includes, but is not limited to, C-Level executives, VP-Level leaders, and Senior Directors at larger companies who manage multiple HR professionals.

Membership will be offered at no cost for all of 2024, thanks to our main sponsor, Lucas James Talent Partners, who will cover initial costs, event planning, and support resources. A select group of sponsors will also contribute financially or with their time to benefit the community. Beyond 2024, we plan to introduce a modest membership fee alongside continued corporate sponsorships to fund events and programming.
